Luis Ma found his passion when cooking for family & friends, inspired by his cultural diversity and creativity in the kitchen. He changed his career for his passion opening his first restaurant that later led to his own catering company. Once in Toronto, he still had the urge to continue cooking to make people happy.

Las Arepas
Arepas are grilled, white corn meal, round-shaped sandwiches, that go way back in history to the diets of our indigenous ancestors in Venezuela. Simple, hearty, healthy.

Tequeños
The story behind the Tequeño is still not quite clear. We believe that they were invented by a family who lived in a town called Los Teques (people who live there are called Tequeños).
