Perfect location provided the Centre to be at the heart of the business zone, surrounded with banks, Government buildings and dozens of international and local companies. This is the reason an Office Tower was created as part of the SCC. This unique commercial building spreads on more than 6 000 square meters of office space equipped in accordance with the latest standards along with much needed Conference Halls that will be reachable from all parts of the Centre. The SCC offers an extensive range of modern facilities equipped with the state of the art technology.



Adjacent to the office premises is a hotel tower.
